What We Offer

When we create a website for our clients, we first of all seek to clearly understand their business plan and marketing strategy, so that we can comprehend precisely what the website is required to do.

We learn about audience profiles to which it needs to appeal and the key products and services it is intended to promote.

We identify any other relevant content which is deemed useful for the purposes of engaging interest and action amongst prospects, customers, suppliers, partners, potential employees and other valuable site visitors. All legal information is also added and we make sure it is optimised for search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo (but mostly Google).
Thinking mostly of customers, a visit to a website is normally just the first step in the sales pipeline process. We establish what the next steps are likely to be, so that we can ensure that appropriate “calls to action” are properly displayed – be they to complete an online form, send someone an email, phone and office, arrange a site visit, and so on.

We spend a lot of time working out the best way to help audiences to click through the website as seems most natural and logical for their needs, and to ensure that they can hop in and out of different areas with consummate ease.

We create what is called a website navigation map; this is the key skeletal infrastructure upon which the creative flesh and the brand blood is added, in the image and style of the corporate identity.

Investing in a high quality website cannot make a bad business good, but it can make a good business a great deal more successful, simply by improving the sales pipeline process.

We tell an engaging story with engaging keywords, interesting images and relevant videos to provide extracts of information in bite-sized lumps. You might spend a great deal of time creating your website, but a person visiting it will probably make up their minds in a matter of minutes (or seconds) as to whether your company is worth a closer look. A good copywriter is not a luxury you can afford to do without, if you wish to deliver this initial sound bite in a way that makes an indelibly good first impression on the majority of your site visitors.

We build in analytical tools too, so that you can see for yourself how many people visit your website, what they do when they arrive, how long they stay, where they live, and so on.

Most of the time, we build using off-the-shelf content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla and Drupal which permit completely bespoke applications. They are also relatively simple for clients to manage when we hand over the keys.

We provide training videos and any other assistance to make this process seamless and painless. And we take back-ups from the server “just in case” something goes wrong.

We also arrange web hosting and email services for clients as required.
